Terms discharge medicines
Check preferential medicines (free of charge and a ten value) carried out in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
In accordance with Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 14.06.2007 №239-Z "On state social benefits and guarantees for certain categories of citizens' rights to benefits on drug provision are:
Article 10 Exemptions from drug supply
1 The right to free provision of medicines issued by prescribed by doctors within the list of essential medicines in the manner determined by the Government of the Republic of Belarus are:
1.1. Heroes of Belarus, Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of Socialist Labor, Holders Order of Fatherland, Glory, Labor Glory;
1.2. World War II veterans;
1.3. disabled veterans;
1.4. persons who took part in special units in clearance areas and facilities after the liberation from German occupation in 1943-1945;
1.5. persons awarded orders and (or) medals of the USSR for their hard work and impeccable military service on the home front during World War II;
1.6. persons who worked on the objects of air defense, local air defense, in the construction of fortifications, naval bases, airfields and other military facilities within the rear boundaries of the active fronts, on the front-line areas of railways and roads;
1.7. crew members of the ships of the fleet, interned at the beginning of the Great Patriotic War in the ports of other states;
1.8. persons working in enterprises, institutions and organizations of the city of Leningrad during the blockade of the September 8, 1941 to January 27, 1944 and awarded the medal "For the Defense of Leningrad", and the person awarded "residents of besieged Leningrad";
1.9. unemployed citizens of the following:
military personnel, including retired (retired), military service, calls for military training, individual officers and enlisted personnel of law enforcement agencies and public safety employees of these bodies (including specialists and advisors of the Ministry of Defense of the USSR State Security Committee and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR and BSSR), guided by public authorities of the USSR in Afghanistan or in other countries that took part in the fighting on duty in these states and injuries, concussion or injury during the fighting;
military battalions road heading to Afghanistan to deliver goods in the period of warfare and injuries, concussion or injury during the fighting;
military aircrew who committed sorties combat missions in Afghanistan with the USSR during the period of warfare and injuries, concussion or injury during the fighting;
1.10. citizens, including those transferred to the reserve (retired), of the number of servicemen, officers and other ranks of law enforcement bodies, agencies and departments for emergency financial investigations of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus, who became disabled due to wound, injury or disease received in the performance of military duties (duties), except when the disability occurred as a result of illegal actions, because of alcohol, drugs, toxic substances, self-mutilation;
1.11. disabled since childhood due to wound, injury associated with the fighting in the Great Patriotic War or the consequences of military action;
1.12. parents are dead (deceased), specified in sub-paragraph 12.1-12.3 12 Article 3 of this Law;
1.13. disabled children under the age of 18 years;
1.14. military military service, military service, designed for military (special) collections, as well as cadets and students of military units;
1.15. citizens suffering from diseases included in a special list approved by the Government of the Republic of Belarus - for outpatient treatment.
2 The right to a 90 per cent discount on the cost of medicines issued on prescription within the list of essential medicines and surgical diseases - dressings (in the presence of an appropriate medical certificate) in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Belarus, are citizens ill and suffered from radiation sickness caused by the Chernobyl disaster, as well as disabled groups I and II, except for persons who became disabled as a result of illegal actions because of alcohol, drugs, toxic substances, self-mutilation.
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 20.07.2006 №161-Z "On Medicines" preferential, including free provision of medicines prescribed by doctors carried out within the list of essential drugs, approved by the Ministry of the Republic of Belarus of 16.07.2007 №65 "On approval of the list of essential medicines and decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 30.11.2007 1650" On some issues of free and preferential drug provision of drugs and dressings certain categories of citizens, "the decision of the Ministry of health of the Republic of Belarus of 27.04.2010 №128« on Making changes and additions to the Decree of the Ministry of the Republic of Belarus of 16 July 2007 №65 ».
